RE-ADVERTISEMENT

The City of Laurinburg is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and interested firms to provide design-build services for the Project. The project is projected to be funded with a combination of City funds and State of North Carolina funds; however, the City will continue to pursue any additional state, federal, or other grant funds that may become available as well. The City of Laurinburg intends to select a qualified firm to provide design-build services based on the project details and evaluation criteria listed in the detailed RFQ.

Copies of the detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by contacting Harold W. Haywood at 303 W. Church Street, Room 244, Laurinburg, NC, at (910) 276-8324 (ext. 2587), or at hhaywood@laurinburg.org. The full RFQ document, addenda, clarifications, and all other related information will be emailed to potential Design-Builders upon registration with the City.
