There will be NO mandatory pre-bid meeting. Instead, we request all parties interested in submitting a bid for RFQ No. 22-20-001 send an email to abruton@effinghamcounty.org by 5:00pm (Eastern Time) Friday, July 8, 2022 stating interest in the bid.
