Description: The Terrebonne Parish School Board (also referred to as the TPSB) is interested in receiving bids from qualified companies (hereinafter referred to as Contractors or qualified providers) to provide Duplicator Paper & Card Stock for approximately 50 school facilities and administrative buildings. Terrebonne Parish School Board intends to enter into a one (1) year contract with two one (1) year options to renew. The primary emphasis of this parish-wide contract is to:
• Secure a qualified vendor to supply and deliver a bulk order of the Duplicator
Paper & Card Stock that are required in the fulfillment of daily operations;
• Provide timely delivery of quality products and timely execution of services at
competitive, affordable prices to the Terrebonne Parish School Board.
The potential value of this contract may be over $200,000.00. This solicitation
references these estimates as a general indication of the needs of the school district.
No commitment of any kind is made concerning the estimated value of this contract.
