Question: The bid mentions that the OPIS pricing we need to submit is February 14. Since this bid is due on February 14, and we don't get OPIS pricing until the day after, would you please consider moving the OPIS date to an earlier day?
Response: Respondents shall enclose with each bid, Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), documentation authenticating the posted rack price of the product being bid. In order to allow time for submission of bids, this documentation shall be dated Feb 21, 2025.
