Description: The City of Avondale is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional services to prepare various promotional branding materials for a variety of apparel, souvenir, gift shop items and materials available for purchase, which support, market and promote the City’s tourism, hospitality, and customer service operations, activities and programs and may include the design and layout, promotional and marketing ideas services. The goal of City is to select one or more Vendor(s) to provide the City with professionally manufactured City, County, or AZ State branded souvenir merchandise and apparel on an as-needed basis. Merchandise and apparel may include, but is not limited to original craft objects, artwork, and designs.
