CITY OF QUINCY, ILLINOIS
Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 for the purpose of applying an Emerald Ash Borer Treatment to 223 Green Ash Trees located on City of Quincy right of way.
Bid packets are available online at www.quincyil.gov/bids.
The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.
