Description:

Sealed Bids for maintenance of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (HVAC) located throughout the City of North Charleston will be received by the City of North Charleston Purchasing Department until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 06, 2020, at North Charleston City Hall, 3rd Floor Rhett Conference Room, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406 at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of services includes but is not limited to OEM required maintenance as well as quarterly preventive maintenance, and minor work or repair services for a variety of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and their components. There are over 50 systems and or components at approximately 7 sites located throughout the city.

The deadline for contractor questions will change from 4:00 P.M., Monday, January 27, 2020 and be extended to 4:00 P.M., Friday, January 31, 2020.
