Description:

The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Replacement of Private Side Lead Services project. This project is in coordination with city water crews to replace lead services from main to facilities' meter. Contractor will replace the private side lead service from curb stop to meter in conjunction with city crews replacing the service from the main to curb stop. City will place new curb stop & box and supply the meter when needed. Contractor will be responsible for private side restoration, removal and disposal of old service line, placement of new service line and meter, and any appurtenances needed to connect to existing plumbing.

NOTE!  City Hall now has Security on the 1^st floor.  Please allow extra time to get through Security when dropping off your bid.
