Description: Calhoun and Jackson Counties are seeking bids for bituminous cold patching material for use in the repair of potholes. The projected annual purchase of cold patching material is approximately 1,792 Tons between Jackson and Calhoun based upon historical use however, Jackson and Calhoun reserve the right to manufacture the product if deemed to be in the best interest of either County. Bidders are requested to submit pricing based upon both delivered product as well as product which is picked up from the awarded bidder’s location. Bituminous cold patching material may be used for work on state trunk lines. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year, with the option to extend this agreement for one (1) year.
