Description: The City of Raton is accepting proposals from Organizations to provide for the sale of alcoholic beverages at the City’s governmental facility (Raton Convention Center) through the lease of the City’s governmental liquor license to the organization.

The City of Raton shall receive sealed proposals in the office of the City Clerk until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at the following location:

Proposals submitted by fax, email, text, or other electronic means will not be considered. The City of Raton reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all proposals as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Raton.
