The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors for renovation and re-use of the existing brick building at 68 Boundary Street facing DuBois Park.  The original solicitation yielded bid submissions which exceeded the project budget amount so the scope of work was revised.  This is the rebid with the updated scope.
