This is a non prime bid for large clinic items for North Point High School which is under construction. Each item must include your price with any shipping charges included for INSIDE DELIVERY, LIFT GATE MAY BE REQUIRED with no dock available for delivery at 2255 West Meyer Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385. Delivery will be between these dates ONLY - JULY 1, 2021 AND JULY 20, 2021 *** NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to bid an alternative please include the part # from your website. It will be our right to select any items that we feel best fit our needs and requirements.
NOTE - FILL IN ALL YELLOW AREAS OF ATTACHED EXCEL SHEET. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR BID THROUGH VENDOR REGISTRY. ONLY THE BID SHEET IS TO BE RETURNED. NO OTHER ITEMS ARE TO BE INCLUDED. If you have questions about your alternative item, we will contact you directly.

Question: Good Morning, Does the school district know the part numbers of the requested equipment. There are multiple items matching the name and it would be preferable for us to bid exactly what the school system prefers.
