Description: The City of Elizabethton, TN will receive sealed bids for the Asphalt Resurfacing Contract.  Total work will involve the resurfacing of eleven (11) city streets.  Work will include installation of 1800 tons of grade D surface mix, 1300 tons of grade E surface mix, 1200 tons of grade CS leveling mix, 84 hours of full width milling, pavement markings, and ancillary tasks.
