Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday; March 29, 2017, in the Conference Room #3 of the Bert J. Harris Agri-Civic Center, 4509 George Blvd., Sebring, FL. 33875. Sebring, Florida 33870.The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project with County staff and the Engineer. The County will only accept Bid submittals from Bidders that are represented during the entire pre-Bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet as primary Bidders.
