Question: Our company provides strategic planning software, but would not be able to provide consultant/professional services for the development of the plan itself. Would the County be interested in receiving a software only proposal in response to the RFP?
Response: No. the County is looking for firms to provide the consult and professional service as well as proposing the strategic plan for Darlington Economic Development.
