NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TORRANCE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "the District" will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, sealed Proposals for a Contract for the work of the project generally described as RFP #11-05.03.22 – Pharmacy Benefit Management Services.

Submittal of Proposals. All Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the District. Proposals must conform with, and be responsive to, the Request for Proposal Documents, copies of which may be obtained from the District as set forth above. Proposals should be submitted to the District online via vendorregistry.com prior to the date and time set forth above.

No Withdrawal of Proposals. The District’s Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or waive any irregularity in any Proposal received. Proposals shall not be withdrawn by any Provider for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of Proposals. During this time, all Providers shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective Proposals.

Award of Contract. The Contract for the desired service if awarded, will be by action of the District’s Board of Education to the Proposal that meets the qualifications established by the RFP documents.

Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve the Provider of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting the Proposal. The Provider is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the RFP documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. (PST). The District will respond to all written inquiries by the end of the business day on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
