Question: Dear Mr. Madrid, We are very excited for the opportunity to work with Rio Rancho Public Schools to provide Special Education Staffing services. We have reviewed the RFP and have the following initial questions: 1) In Part IV, paragraph 4.2 (Response Format and Organization, Proposal Format, Attachments) it asks for "Applicable Licenses, Certifications and Education Confirmation." Can you please provide some guidance on what type of licenses, certifications and education confirmations you are looking for and for whom? We have 30 administrative staff, over 200 educational staff across the country, and would hire additional staff in New Mexico to service this contract, if named as a successful vendor. Please let us know which staff would be helpful to have this information and documentation for. 2) Is RRSP open to any virtual Special Education teachers and staff? We specialize in providing in-person staff to schools, but we just wanted to clarify if virtual services are desired, as this opens the pool of applicants and also decreases the cost to schools. 3) Is there a formatting error on Appendix B? The form says, "Please check one box only", but I only see one box to be checked. Thank you in advance for your time.
