Description:

The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to mulch garden beds twice annually for the five (5) Town-owned parks, three (3) Town-owned road rights of way, and around four (4) Town-owned buildings. The general scope of services includes the following:  1.     Mulch must be brown triple ground; 2.     Mulch must be blown in place for an even and proper coverage of the landscaping beds; 3.     Landscaping beds must be re-defined before material is applied; 4.     Equipment must be able to blow multiple materials if needed.
