Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The City will host a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit at the Sebring Municipal Golf Course on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 1:00 pm. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. The meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 pm at the Caddyshack Restaurant located at 3122 Golfview Rd, Sebring, FL 33870. Attendees will be given the opportunity to tour the restaurant and the golf course property and ask questions about the site. This is the only site visit opportunity that will be scheduled, and the city will not entertain individual walk-thru’s thereafter.
