Description: The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete
construction of the Ridgewalk Parkway @ I-575/SR 417 Short Term Improvements, hereinafter
referred to as the “PROJECT”, including, but not limited to, erosion control, maintenance of traffic,
paving, grading, excavation, subgrade preparation, drainage construction, wall construction, concrete
surface course, sidewalks, signs, pavement marking, and grassing at locations indicated in the plan
set. The contract timeframe is 122 calendar days.

Overview: The City issued a RFB for the purpose of identifying contractors to coordinate and execute the short term improvements of Ridgewalk Pkwy at I-575. The City received four (4) RFB response. After receiving the submittals, Purchasing identified a technical error in the bid process. Due to this technical error, Purchasing is recommending to reject all bids and intends to re-bid as soon as possible. There is no adjustment needed to the scope of work. Requesting Council to reject all bids as recommended.
