Description:

The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids to provide Fireworks for the City of Willard Freedom Fest.    Contact Jason Knight, Assistant Parks Director, at 417-742-5381 for further information. Proposals will be opened January 25, 2019 in the council chambers at 3:00 p.m.  The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen in February 2019.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
