Description:

Jasper County will accept separate sealed bids for the complete demolition and disposal of condemned structures located outside Hardeeville city limits in the Church-Stiney (West Hardeeville) neighborhood on 31 separate parcels.  The Instructions for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined by contacting Michelle Knight at Lowcountry Council of Governments, Phone: (843) 473-3990, email: mknight@lowcountrycog.org.   

This project will be conducted with funds provided by the SC Department of Commerce, Grant Administration, under the State's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
