Type of Addition: Addendum 1
Overview:
Addendum 1 corrects an error on Dwg-02 and Dwg-03. Original drawings state base thickness shall be 6". Drawing Revision 1 corrects the base thickness to 4" as noted on the unit cost sheet provided in the bid packet.
Clarification is also provided in regards to the concrete specs. Concrete specs call out for 3000 psi at 28 days. Regular 3000 psi exterior is acceptable.
