Description: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, equipment, supplies, and means of construction necessary for proper performance and completion of the work to repair the deficiencies as identified in Task Identification Section IV in this statement of work. The three structures in Exhibit C each include a 54-inch corrugated aluminum pipe approximately 90 feet long, sluice gates, an access metal platform, and concrete headwalls.

The underwater repair team shall include individuals qualified by experience and training in the inspection and repair of water control structures in place. All dive operations shall meet the requirements and qualifications of 29 CFR 1910 Subpart T Commercial Dive Operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring OSHA 29CFR Part 1910 and all other applicable federal and state safety regulation are met. This includes providing staff and equipment to meet the requirements.

The estimated budget for the project is $33,150.00.
