Description: Dorchester County is seeking qualified service providers to provide towing services on an as-needed basis. Prospective service providers may submit their qualifications for review and approval. Statements of Qualifications forms will be reviewed as received and either approved or denied by County staff within approximately 10 business days. Companies that are approved to participate in the Program will be placed on the rotation list and may receive calls for towing services from Dorchester County, on an as-needed basis, based on availability, past performance, or other factors.


To remain eligible for inclusion in the Towing Services Program, a company must work in good faith with the program administrators to provide the requested services at or below the maximum allowable fees outlined in this solicitation and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the requirements outlined in the Statements of Qualifications form on an annual basis. This solicitation may be extended if there are an insufficient number of qualified candidates.
