All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document. Because Oconee County considers such a conference to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-conference meeting is mandatory to qualify as an offeror.
