The City of Avondale intends to award a contract to the highest rank firm, Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC. If the City is not able to negotiate a satisfactory contract with Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC., the City will formally terminate negotiations and undertake negotiations with the next most qualified firm on the final list, in sequence, until an agreement is reached or a determination is made to reject all firms. The final list is as follows: 1.Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC 2.Haydon Building Corporation 3.Hunter Contracting Co., Inc.
