The project consists of renovation of the existing building and site located at 400 N. Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, including sitework consisting of, but not limited to, grading, utilities, paving and landscaping, as well as construction consisting of structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection as shown on the construction documents. This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee and ARPA. Prospective contractors are notified that they must comply with all grant contract, State of Tennessee, and ARPA requirements as identified in the project manual.
