Question: What is the minimum size required for the flat screens?

Question: Rob Signaigo with Schiller's Audio-Visual. I see the request for pricing. However, I do not see a size for the flat panel display. Please advise.

Question: I also have a question regarding manufacturers. Are the displays, and stands able to be any manufacturer. Or, does the stand have to be the MooreCo Iteach Spider manual stand? I assume the flat panel can be any manufacturer as long as it meets the specifications.

Response: The stand needs to be as specified and the Flat panel needs to be Samsung 65”

Question: Is there a specific size of panel that the district is looking to acquire? I.E 55" 65" or 75"

Response: 65"

Question: I see on the bid. Delivery is to be to various locations. Do we have the number of campus locations, and qty per location?

Response: 10+ locations and quantity per location varies between 10 and 100.

Question: Typically I’d use BE65C-H, but it won’t have AirPlay, only Miracast; Samsung only has AirPlay on the whiteboard models.

Response: The bid specifications include Airplay, Airplay should be on the model bid.

Question: The answer to question #5 is that the TV needs to be Samsung. We confirmed with Samsung that they do not offer Airplay on commercial displays. Would you accept other brands that do offer Airplay, or do you prefer Samsung even without Airplay?

Response: We prefer the Samsung Model specified, if airplay is not available that is fine, we will accept without Airplay.

Question: RFP Specifies Non-touch Display, Will a Flat Panel that has the ability to turn the Touch function of be considerable?

Response: No The flat panels must be the model specified in the bid specs.

Response: 6 locations total one location with 19, one with 53, one with 47, one with 55, one with 97, one with 130
