Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Improvements to Hangar D at the City of Spartanburg Regional Airport. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Remove existing roof system down to the existing structural framing and provide new standing seam metal panel roof system along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a pre-bid meeting on site Tuesday April 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Spartanburg Regional Airport, 500 Ammons Road, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Although not mandatory, contractors are highly encouraged to attend.
