Description: The City of Montevallo is seeking bids for office furniture for use by the Montevallo Police Department and City Hall. Bids must be submitted sealed to the office of the City Clerk, City of Montevallo, 545 Main Street, Montevallo, AL 35115, no later than 1:30 PM CST on Friday, July 17, 2015. The bids will be thereafter opened and publicly read. Sealed bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Sealed bids should be clearly identified on the exterior of the package with the bidder’s name, address, Montevallo City Hall & PD – Furniture Bid, and time and place of the bid opening. All proposals received after the bid opening will be returned unopened. An award to the successful bidder is anticipated at the Montevallo City Council Meeting to be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or accept bids in whole or in part.
