Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to seek Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Construction Management At-Risk services for the project known as the Oconee Veterans Park Expansion Project in Watkinsville, Georgia. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms which respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to offer proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner's Request for Proposals (RFP). The project consist of the construction of three (3) multi-use baseball fields, dug outs, batting cages, pavilion sidewalks, paved parking lots, entrances and associated erosion and sediment control.
