Description:
Work of this Contract covers the following construction at Colinas del Norte Elementary School
located at 1001 Night Sky Ave NE in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Renovation of approximately
30,346 s.f. consisting of four existing classroom buildings. The scope of work includes, but is
not limited to, the following as identified on the Contract Documents:
· Demolition of select ceilings, floor finishes lighting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
· Installation of new lighting, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
· Installation of new floor and ceiling finishes
· Demolition and reconfiguration of rooftop mechanical systems
· Repair of select roofing system areas.
· Alternates to include demolition and replacement of skylights, installation of bi polar
ionization, reroofing of building 8, and flooring replacements.
This project does not require LEED certification. References to LEED throughout this RFP are
not applicable to this project.
