Question: Good afternoon: My name is Danang Rockett, owner of Rockett Express, LLC. My company specializes in Post Construction Cleaning. I had an opportunity to look at the documents and did not see where post construction clean up was mentioned. I am under the assumption that cleaning will be necessary on the project. Did I overlook any language regarding cleaning? Please advise. Thank you for your time.
Response: Yes, cleaning will be needed and it's the responsibility of the contractor/awardee.
