The
Work will consist of closure
of Otero Greentree Regional Landfill Cells No. 1 and No. 2. Closure activities
entail the preparation and compaction of the existing intermediate surface, installation
and compaction of a 24-inch thick barrier soil layer, overlaid with a 6-inch
thick loose topsoil vegetation layer. Drainage infrastructure, such as
grading, should be installed in an effort to promote positive drainage patterns
routing runoff to existing drainage swales located adjacent to the cells.
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting conducted for this project. BIDDERS may request site visits by emailing bpyeatt@ci.alamogordo.nm.us.
