Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 2, 2023, at the office of the Fox Valley Park District, Cole Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 to provide Concessions Services for the Fox Valley Park District, in accordance with instructions to bidders and specifications attached. There will be a mandatory facility walk through and a question-and-answer meeting at the Blackberry Farm located at 100 S. Barnes Road, Aurora, IL 60506, on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Please meet at the main entrance of Blackberry Farm.)

Proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 2, 2023, in the Cole Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506).

Proposals should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate bid form.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District.
