Description: The City of Springfield is accepting proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms for construction engineering inspection services (CEI) on the Resurfacing, Restoration & Rehabilitation Improvements on the Springfield Greenway Phase 3 project in Springfield Tennessee. Proposals will be received in the office of the City Recorder at City Hall, 405 North Main St., Springfield, TN 37172, until 9:00 am local time on Friday, October 13, 2017.
