Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call electrical services. Detailed bid documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org.    

Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., on December 14, 2018. All answers will be posted to website no later than December 17, 2018 , by 3:00PM, EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.

There will not be pre-bid meeting for this solicitation.

Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on December 21, 2018. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
