INTRODUCTION
Alabama A&M University (“University”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide musical instrument repair services in support of the Marching Maroon & White Band.
Upon agreeance with the Band Department, Alabama A&M University will issue the awarded vendor(s) an open purchase order in the sum of the estimated total value of repair services forecasted to be needed within a fiscal year. Additional purchase orders may be issued as needed in reference to Bid No. 2K18-25B. In this model, awarded vendor(s) will invoice services against the open purchase order.
More than one vendor may be awarded the bid at Alabama A&M University’s discretion.
TERM
The term of this agreement shall be one (1) calendar year from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
BID RESPONSE GUIDANCE
Vendors are to follow the instructions on the bidding approach as found in the PDF Proposal Sheet within the bid package and the “INSTRUCTIONS” tab as found within the “Bid No. 2K18-25B – Bid Proposal Excel Workbook.”

All vendor responses must be provided within Vendor Registry before the stated bid submission deadline.
The awarded vendor must follow Federal and State of Alabama laws and Alabama A&M University policies and procedures throughout the duration of the contract.
