Description: The City is soliciting proposals for pre-construction services from qualified commercial building contractors with strong experience in commercial building renovations. Contractors must also be familiar with Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) contracting method.The successful contractor will be responsible for providing pre-construction services to the City and to work with the selected Architect Tych and Walker Architects, LLP and all its subconsultants, provide a construction cost estimate, and a construction schedule.
