The Town of Bluffton is
soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors for
a traffic signal warrant analysis for the intersection of SC Highway 170
(Okatie Highway) at Seagrass Station Road and Del Webb Boulevard. The study
shall consider the warrants outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control
Devices (“MUTCD”) to determine if existing and projected traffic volumes
warrant the placement of a traffic signal for the intersection.
