Description:
The intent of
this RFP is to solicit Statements of Qualification and Cost Proposals to
complete a comprehensive long range planning process; including a Facilities
Needs Assessment (FNA) and preparation of a District Long Range Facilities Plan
(LRFP), which includes each District site.
This includes all sites in use as schools, special program sites,
administrative and industrial-use sites, and current and future unimproved land
holdings that the district may acquire and develop in the future. The final LRFP report must incorporate cost
estimates for recommended repairs, replacements or additions.

Overview: Thank you for your interest and participation in Adelanto Elementary School District’s recent proposal, RFP 19/20-01 for Architectural Consulting Services Planning and Preparation of a Long Range Facilities Plan. The District’s evaluation committee has completed a review of the written proposals and has determined that in is in the District’s best interest to review and reconfigure the SOW (Scope of Work) for this RFP so as to clarify the deliverables desired by the District. Hence all RFP’s will be rejected. The Adelanto Elementary School District does appreciate your participation in the RFP process and looks forward to your submittal in response to the new Request for Proposal which shall be forthcoming at a later date.
