Description: The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Biosolids Dome Cover Replacement Project. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing aluminum dome cover, removal of existing anchorages and repair of damaged anchoring surfaces, installation of new aluminum dome cover, removal of damaged FRP duct sections and replacement with new, removal and reinstallation of ductile iron pipe and fittings on the top of the existing dome cover, installation of heat tracing on said piping, installation and painting of pipe insulation on ductile iron pipe and fittings.
