Description: Greene County Government is seeking a contractor for resurfacing, milling and striping the parking areas of the Greene County Administration Center (Old Takoma Hospital) located on and around 401Takoma Ave. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PREBID MEETING JUNE 30, 2025, AT 11:00AM LOCATED AT 401 TAKOMA AVENUE, GREENEVILLE, TN 37743. You will not be able to submit a bid if you are not present at the prebid meeting. Sealed bids are due in the Purchasing Office JULY 7, 2025 by 2:00PM. Greene County has the right to add or remove locations and cost will be discussed between bidder and county. Job completion is preferred to be done by August 31, 2025, or proposed date to be completed _______________.

The lot is approximately 83,500 square feet and will need to be completed first with ½ inch leveling and 1 ½ surface E-mix.
