The City of Woodstock,
Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors
for the purpose installing a GAF .060 MIL TPO roofing system over existing roof,
that is an estimated 14,604.82 sq ft, for the City Annex building.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/30/2021 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.A mandatory pre-bid/site visit will be held March 30, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the City Annex Building located at 12453 Highway 92, Woodstock, GA 30188. Attendees will be able to view the existing HVAC unit during this time. Due to COVID-19, all attendees will be required to wear masks or face coverings and social distancing precautions will be in effect.
