The City is soliciting proposals for the purpose of
selecting a qualified refuse hauler to collect and dispose of residential waste
and recycling in the City of Battle Creek. The resulting contract is
anticipated for a minimum of three years, and a maximum of up to nine years. NO BID BOND REQUIRED, but performance bond
required for award.
Deadline for questions: please submit all of your questions at one time by September 14, 2020, 1:00pm. Questions may be submitted through this online system or by email contained in the RFP.
