Question: 1. Is a non SLBE prime consultant required to have an SLBE sub-consultant? 2. Can consultants submit an SOQ without an SLBE?
Response: 1. Non – SLBE Prime Consultants are not required to include a SLBE sub- consultant on their team. 2. Consultants are allowed to submit the SOQ without including a SLBE on the proposed team.
