Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite 129, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 for the purpose of the hauling of leachate from Quincy Landfill # 4.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.
