Description: Legal Notice Request for Proposal March 22, 2017 The Fox Valley Park District is accepting request for proposals for qualified vendors to provide professional services and hardware to install and configure an Enterprise Wi-Fi solution at the Eola Community Center and Vaughan Athletic Center. Proposal specifications and instructions may be accessed from https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com There will be an optional walk through of the facilities on March 27, 2017 @ 9:00 a.m. (Please meet at the Vaughan Athletic Center front desk area. Once we are done with the Vaughan site visit we will immediately proceed to the Eola Community Center.) Any questions as a result of the walk thru shall be submitted via email to Jeremy Andersen (jandersen@fvpd.net). Copies of all questions with answers will be distributed to all bidders attending the walk thru via https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com. Request for proposals are due via email to jandersen@fvpd.net by 9:00 a.m. April 3rd, 2017. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District.
