KCDC will receive sealed bids for Renovations at Cagle Terrace as detailed in the solicitation document. Notes:
1. KCDC has posted its prototype contract for bidders to review before submitting their bid. The successful bidder will be offered a very similar contract.
2. Due to the Pandemic, the pre-bid meeting will be via Zoom. Follow the instructions in the solicitation document to obtain the Zoom link.
